Completely change of the location

We had our first visit to the object in Las Manchas. There were a lot of interests, and over 30 people took part.

But the common meaning was too much volcano ash, too many stairs, and too many renovations.

In the end, we had a group of 10 people who were very interested in building up a community,  but we were common not in this location. And we discussed the way we want to live together. At this point, we noticed that we had two different parties with different imaginations of how much community living is wanted.

Now, it will become very personal,  but I prefer a community that stays together without too many obligations and regulations. So the group was separated further.

At least we are now 4 parties who become soon friends and who are now planning further steps.

At the same time, we found an object that fits much better to our imaginations. The location in Tajuyais perfect between Los Llanos and El Paso. With only 7 apartments, it is also easier to handle.

And the best is, there are still 3 apartments available.
